If you are Master Swimmers and really want to get back on track and get your shape back.
The Sessions will be focusing in:
- Train Yourself To Exercise.
- Body Position.
- Front Crawl Technique.
- Strengthening exercises to improve technique.
- Strengthening exercises to improve body position.
- Strokes work.
1 hour each Session
25 mts Swimming Pool / 4 lanes
Location: Kingsbury Leisure Centre
Thursday: 8:30 – 9:30pm
